Refund & Return Policy

We at Michelle Sew Cool Boutique want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will work with you to make it right. All items are unique and that is the beauty in each product.   Please note due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be slight variations in some items.  We believe this is one of the beautiful things about handmade products. 
Please contact us immediately to return a product.   Please send an email to our sales department to be issued a return slip to mail along with your order.  Please follow all instruction on the return slip.
 
We will not be responsible or at fault for any incorrect steps made  when returning an order.
 
We will not be responsible for lost  merchandize once it  has shipped.
 
We will not issue a refund if your returned package is lost or damaged.
 
The original shipping fee is non-refundable. 
 
We will honor all returns ONLY if the Return Requirements and Guidelines are met.  No Exceptions!!
 
 
Refund &Return Requirements and Guidelines:
 
***All final sale items are marked as final sale.  Final sale items are not refundable. *** 
 
***We have the right to deny a refund if the merchandise being returned does not meet our Return Policy, Return Requirements and Guidelines. ***
 
 
All returns require pre-approval.  Please email our sales department immediately to obtain a Return Slip which will include shipping instructions on the back.

The customer is responsible for
ALL return shipping cost. 

Once the item has  shipped you must email to a copy of the tracking number to the sales department.

MUST be Post Marked no later than 14 days of the delivery date (the day which you received the package).

All return items
MUST be in the original condition, NEW, as shipped to the buyer (unused, unwashed, unworn, unaltered in any way).

The return item must be properly package and place in the self-sealing plastic protector which it was housed when received.
 
Once we receive your returned order, please allow 5 to 7 business days for the item to be verified. Once the returned merchandise  is verified  and approved, then a refund will be issued.
